ETAG RFP response
Build now. Grow deliberately.
Every Phase 2 capability is visible inside the prototype rather than hidden, badged so reviewers can see the vision without confusing it with MVP scope. You are currently viewing Phase 1 — MVP.
Phase 1 — MVP
Shipping scope, fully interactive in this prototype
- Statewide interactive map with clustering for dense metro Atlanta and single pins for rural counties
- Four entertainment verticals — Film & TV, Music, Esports, Gaming — with color-coded categories
- Location-first data model where permanent places and time-bound events share one schema
- Reverse search: type a production or artist, get every tied Georgia location
- Georgia Grown badge for locally owned and Georgia-made venues
- County Submission Portal with a live traveler preview
- ETAG moderation queue with borderline-content flags and audit trails
- Passive traveler profiling with no account required
- Engagement-proxy analytics and outbound referral tracking
- Feature flags so new verticals switch on without a code change

Traveler accounts
Optional sign-in that unlocks saved favorites, trip history, and personalization across devices.
Gamification
Check-in badges, county passports, and set-sighting streaks that reward crossing county lines.
Multi-day itineraries
Chain stops into routed trails that deliberately push travel beyond the perimeter.
Real-time geo
Proximity-verified check-ins, near-me layers, and county-level travel-pattern analytics.
Federated event feeds
Automated ingestion from county calendars and venue systems, normalized into the same schema.
Alerts & selfie moments
Push notifications for nearby events, plus shareable on-set selfie frames per production.
Built to scale past film
The schema is vertical-agnostic: a category, subcategory, geography, and optional time window describe a film set, a music landmark, an esports final, or a gaming expo equally well. Adding a fifth vertical — theatre, motorsport, culinary entertainment — is a data and feature-flag change, not a rebuild.
